Parcel No. 1 Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyaho.ga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 36, and being further known as part of land deeded to Frank Lockemer April 15th, 1886, and recorded in Volume 395, Page 124, Cuyahoga County Records, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a monument set in the center line of S.O.M. Center Road at its intersection with the Southerly line of said Original Lot No. 36; thence North 5° 49' West along the center line of said S.O.M. Center Road 1,000.07 feet to a monument set at an angle of said road; thence North $9° 42' 45" E. 641 feet to a point at the intersection of the center line of the Esplanado with the center line of Mayfield Drive and the principal place of beginning. Course 1. Thence from said principal place of beginning North 8.9° 42' 45" East 123 feet to the center line of Abbey Drive. Course 2. Thence South 45° 25' 20" East along the center line of Abbey Drive 588.81 feet to the center line of Memorial Drive. Course 3. Thence South 51° 26' West along the center line of Memorial Drive 399.06 feet to the center line of Mayfield Drive. Course 4. Thence North 38° 34' West along the center line of Mayfield Drive 164.60 feet to a point. Course 5. Thence North-westerly 291.79 feet along an arc deflecting to the right whose chord bears North 22° 11' 30" West 287.83 feet and whose radius is 510.48 feet to a point. Course 6. Thence North 5° 49' West along the center line of Mayfield Drive 183.90 feet to a point. Course 7. Thence North 0° 17' 15" West 83.28 feet to the principal place of beginning, according to a survey by Myron T. Jones, Engineer, Inc., containing approximately 4.4 acres, but subject to all legal highways. Parcel No. 2 Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio: and known as being part of original Mayfield Township lots Nos. 35 and 36 and further known as part of a 70 acre parcel of land deeded to Harry Lockemer January 7, 1925, and recorded in Vol. 3231, Page 221 of Cuyahoga County Records and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of S.O.M. Center Road (60 feet wide) at the Southwest corner of said 70 acre parcel which point is distant North 0 deg. 17' 15" West measured along the center line of said road 416.11 feet from a monument set at an angle in said road which monument is distant North 5 deg. 49' West measured along the center line of said road 1000.07 feet from a monument set at the intersection of the Southwest corner of original lot No. 36 and the center line of said road.
