Thence North 88 deg. 19' 15" West and parallel with the North line of said original lot No. 36-2563.65 feet to the place of beginning containing 33.0537 acres of land according to a survey by Myron T. Jones, Engineer', Inc. March 1928, but subject to all legal highways. Course 4. Thence South 1 deg. 06' 05" West along the East line of said original lot #36-690.61 feet to an iron pin set at the southerly side of an old stump at the top of a ravine. Course 5.
