In the event that the Mayfield <br />Village Council fails to rezone the <br />subject property along with appro- <br />priate setback lines and area cover- <br />age regulations in accordance with <br />the agreements of the parties as set <br />forth above within sixty days, the <br />court shall examine-the reasonable- <br />ness of the proposed-use of the .- <br />production.-distribution for the <br />entire 14.06 acres ~of the subject <br />property, as testified to~throughout <br />the trial,~~and, upon finding that use <br />to be reasonable, enjoin the village <br />from interfering with it, according <br />to the mandates of Union Oil v. <br />Worthington, supra., <br />8. The court shall retain jurisdiction <br />of this mat"ter until further order. <br />
