COLEMAN <br />JUDGMENT ENTRY <br />This matter came on for trial on the complaint of the <br />plaintiffs and the answer of the defendants. <br />The plaintiffs are seeking a declaratory judgment finding <br />that the single-family zoning classification and office-laboratory <br />zoning classification of the 14..06 acres of the subject property, <br />located on SOM Center Road in Mayfield Village are unconstitu- <br />tional and void as applied~to the subject land. <br />Plaintiffs presented evidence in the form of testimony from <br />• <br />five witnesses and six exhibits. Counsel for defendants Wanda Lee <br />Hejcl and Alan E. Hejcl, although advised of the trial, elected <br />not to appear. Defendant attorney general, pursuant to R.C. <br />2721.12, elected not to participate in the matter from the outset. <br />Defendant Mayfield Village, although represented by counsel <br />throughout the trial, presented, ono ~e:vidence. <br />Witnesses for the plaintiff. were plaintiff Julius Paris, who <br />has developed 6,000 residential",.lots, 1500 acres of industrial <br />park, 500 acres of apartment projets, 2,000,000 square feet of <br />office and warehouse space; Ronald A.
