-$- <br />(8) Cuyahoga County Oepartrnent of Human Services, Social Services <br />shall report the results of its investigation in writing to <br />the Mayfield Village Police Department. <br />( Iaw Ehforoement Agency) <br />In accord with the declaration of the Law that family units <br />tze preserved and that confidentiality be respected, it is <br />agreed by the parties that such information shall be limited <br />to the action taken or intended to be taken by Cuyahoga <br />County L~partment of Human Services, Social Services that <br />further law enforcement action is required or the <br />Mayfield Village Police Department requests <br />( Law EYiforoement Agency) <br />further information in writing for the purposes of assessing <br />its own law enforcement duties. <br />(9) CRASS REFERRAL Pi~JCEDURE.S FOR EXCHAN(;F. (1F TNFYIRM~TTr1N n~~ <br />SUE3SCRIRFRS. Upon receipt of a report indicating child abuse <br />or neglect, such reports will he exchanged between Cuyahoga <br />County Department of Human Services, Social Services and the <br />receiving law enforcement agency as required by Rio Revised <br />Code section 2151.421 and O.A.C. idle 5101.2-35-03. <br />where a report is received by the Human Services Department <br />involving the death of a child, such information will he <br />immediately telephoned to the appropriate law enforcement <br />agency. A written report of any investigation undertaken by <br />the agency subsequent to the death of a child wi 11 he <br />provided to the law enforcement agency. <br />
