-~- <br />(4) The Mayfield Village Police Department agrees to <br />(Iaw Enforcement Agency) <br />arrange for and Cuyahoga County 4partmant of Human Services, <br />Social Services agrees to meet with the staff of <br />Mayfield Villas Police Department and ~ <br />( Law Enforcement Agency) <br />provide them with information regrding the functions and <br />services of Cuyahoga County Department of Human Services, <br />Social Services and how the officers can obtain help for <br />families and dlildren. <br />(5) T'he _ Mayfield Village Police Departmentagrees to <br />( Law Enforcement Agency) <br />make all its officers aware of their ]egal respons ibi 1 ity ancj <br />duty to report all cases of suspected child abuse and/or <br />neglect to Cuyahoga County Department of Human Services, <br />Social Services. <br />(6) Cuyahoga County Department of Human Services, Social <br />Services, as the agency designated by statute, shall, through <br />its "Child Abuse Registrar" file all reports. of child abuse <br />anti/or neglect with the Cuyahoga County Child Abuse Registry <br />and the Central State Registry maintained by the Ohio Cepart- <br />ment of Human Services. <br />(7) Section 2151.3421 of the Ohio Revised Code provides that "Any <br />report made under this section is confidential, and an y <br />person Mho permits or encourages the unauthorized dissemi- <br />nation of its contents is guilty of a misdemeanor of the <br />fourth degree." <br /> <br />
