than that selected by the Village for the remainder of its <br />traffic control signals and devices, the City shall advise such <br />contractor that the traffic signals and devices included within <br />the transyt system are under the exclusive maintenance control of <br />the contractor selected by the Village. <br />3. Either municipality may contact the maintenance <br />contractor for service. However, irrespective of which <br />municipality places the call for service to the maintenance <br />contractor, the invoice to bill for such services shall be sent <br />to the Village which shall be responsible for payment of same. <br />The Village shall thereafter submit a bill to the City for forty <br />six percent (46%) of such invoice and the City shall remit <br />payment in such amount to the Village not later than thirty (30) <br />days from the date of such bill. <br />4.
