Attach to Res. 88-50 as part of ?
permanent record.
STEPHEN HOVANCSEK & A550CIATEB, INC.
eonsult(n9 6n9in«n 6 VYanncu
? 269 RICHMOND ROAD- CLEVELAND, OHIO 44143 ,
(216) 731•6255 (216) 387-1953 ,
September 12, 1988
Village of Mayfield
6621 Wilson Mills Road
Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143
Attention: Mr. Gus Amendola
Re: PROPOSED SITE PLAN,
Progressive Office Park
Dear Mr. Amendola:
The Village Engineer reviewed the conceptual site plan
for the proposed Progressive Office Park and has the
following comments:
1) The Site Plan totally uses all the southerly portion
of the site;
2) The 100-year flood plain and existing stream is not
shown;
3) Show County sanitary sewer and easement;
4) The concept Site Plan calls for a landscaped berm
and new utility lines in the 90' buPfer area. The
installation of utility lines in this area will damage
tree roots and will later require ingress and egress
o£ equipment to maintain the utility lines.
It is the Engineer's recommendation that the utility
lines not be permitted in the buffer area;
5) Show all centerline radius and the radius of all inter-
sections on the main 24' drive;
6) Indicate minimum and maximum grades proposed for parking
lots and drives;
7) The area where parking is to be land banked should be
marked to show that this area will be kept as a green
area until needed;
