Mr. Gus Amendola,
PROPOSED PROGRESSIVE OFFICE PARK
September 12, 1988
Page Two
8) 6" curbs to be concrete;
9) Buffer on Progressive Drive pavement appears to be
approximately sixty-five (65') feet for a short distance
The Village Engineer began reviewing the Preliminary Site Plan
which shows the proposed existing topo, utilities and proposed
final grades and has the following comments:
A) Show existing sanitary sewer and easement;
B) Plan states that pipe sizes are preliminary.
No Drainage Map or Drainage Calculations were submitted.
Some of the drainage appears to be diverted to another
drainage shed. Show storm connections to the proposed
buildings;
C) This Site Plan shows an intrusion into the 90' buffer area
of an 8" sanitary sewer;
D) The final grades in the buffer area indicate that a
significant area of existing trees will be removed;
E) Show final grade of buildings, the perimeter road,
critical sidewalk areas, elevations at outdoor steps and
balance of parking lots;
F) Is the mass grading of the south lot that is landbacked to
be done at this time?
G) The fire hydrants on the office should be extended to the
east side of the perimeter road;
H) The line weights on the drawing make it difficult to
follow the design. The proposed road and parking lots are
as light or lighter than the existing topo;
I) Show proposed gas mains and underground OBT, CEI & Viacom;
J) Some parking lot grades are too steep and some parking
lot grades are too flat.
V y truly viours, la) ?? ?
cc: Mayor Fred Carmzn/ hen . ovanc$ek
Mr. Robert Schulte ?
S,TH: j-
