Said gasoline station shall not be constructed or open for business <br />without approval of the plot plans and building plans by the Building Inspector <br />and Architectural Board of Review, in addition to any other approvals required <br />by 1 aw. __ <br />This Special Permit is granted on the following conditions: <br />1. This station is to be built according to the plans on file with the <br />Zoning &~Planning Commission and made apart of its records, or as <br />modif ied later, with the approval of the Zoning & Planning Commission. <br />2. There shall be driveway entrances on SG'M Center Road and Wilson <br />Mills Road. <br />3. The gasoline station building shall be a bay colonial style building. <br />4. A guard rail fence shall be constructed on the South and Bast sides <br />of the station. - <br />5. The operator of said station shall comply at all times with all <br />applicable laws and ordinances. <br />6. There shall be no sale or rental of automobiles, trailers, or other <br />vehicles on the premises and there shall be no parking of vehicles <br />thereon, except as necessary for the normal operations of a gasoline <br />filling station. <br />7. This permit shall not be assignable without the consent of the Planning <br />& Zoning Commission, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. <br />This permit may be suspended for any period of time or revoked by the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission upon 10 days' notice and hearing for failure to <br />comply with any of the conditions hereinabove set forth, for failure to comply <br />with any laws or ordinances applicable to the business and operation of a <br />gasoline station, for operation of the gasoline station in a manner determined <br />by the Planning & Zoning Commission to be detrimental to the health, safety, <br />morals or welfare of the inhabitants of the Village of Mayfield, or in such a <br />manner as to constitute a nuisance, for permitting the grounds or buildings to <br />become unsafe or unsightly, or for abandonment of the use of the premises as a <br />gasoline station for a period of two years or more. <br />Sec. 3.
