BORDONARO <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CLERK- <br />TREASURER TO CERTIFY TO COUNCIL HIS CONCLUSIONS <br />AS TO THE ESTIMATED:".1!;IFE OF THE IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED FROM THE PROCEEDS <br />OF BONDS PROPOSED TO BE E~CUTED ATiD ALSO TO <br />CERTIFY THE riAXIMUti MATURITY OF SUCH BONDS IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE REVISED CODE SECTION 113.21 <br />AND THE riAXIMUM I~'IATURITY OF THE NOTE ISSUED IN <br />ANTICIPATIO.i OF SUCd BONDS <br />1~THEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $25,000.00 in bonds, to be <br />issued for the purpose of paying a portion of the cost of reconstructing the <br />Village Hall hitherto damaged by fire. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Council of the Village of <br />Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. The Clerk-Treasurer be, and he is, hereby requested to <br />certify to-this Council his conclusions as to the life of usefulness of the <br />improvement described above and the maximum maturity of bonds to be issued <br />therefor calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of. the <br />Ohio Revised Code, and also the maximum maturity of notes to be issued in <br />anticipation of such bonds. <br />Section 2.
