Mayfield, Ohio <br />January 18, 1971 <br />To the Council of the <br />Village of Mayfield, Ohio: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the Village of riayfield, hereby <br />certifies as follows pursuant to your Resolution No. 789 adopted January 18, <br />1971: <br />1. The estimated life of the improvement described in said Resolution <br />is at least five years. <br />~ 2. The maximum maturity of bonds to be issued therefor, calculated in <br />accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Ohio Revised Code, being <br />' the average number of years of usefulness as measured by the weighted average of <br />the amounts proposed to be extended for said improvement, is as follows: for <br />payment of_ a portion of the cost of constructing the Village Hall hitherto <br />damaged by fire - 25 years, such being my estimate of the period of usefulness <br />of said building and reconstruction. <br />3.
