ORDINANCE N0. 85-1 <br />Page -12- <br />designatep shall furnish a bond for the faithful performance of <br />the duties of his office or position in the sum inc7icated: <br />Mayor $25,000.00 <br />President of Council 25,000.00 <br />Finance Director 50,000.00 <br />Assistant Finance Director 25,000.00 <br />Building Commissioner 10,000e00 <br />Section 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />f ormal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compli- <br />ance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of <br />Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Secti.on 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />for the reason that the enactment hereof will provide reasonable <br />compensation for the services rendered by the employees of the <br />municipality. It shall therefore take effect immediately upon passage <br />by the affirmative vote of not less than f our (4) members elected to <br />Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time <br />allowed by law. <br />`? - <br />.0 <br />Richard C.
