M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 85-15 Page -12- 2. Any elected or appointed municipal officer, deputy, or assistant, or an employee of the Municipal Corporation, may attend, at the expense of the Municipal Corporation, any conf erence or convention relating to municipal affairs if authorized by the Mayor and the Department Head, and if the fiscal officer of the municipal c.orporation certifies that funds are appropriated and available for such purpose. Such person shall be reimbursed for meals and lodging. L. Salaries of the Mayor and Council. The annual salaries of the Mayor ana Council of Mayfiela Village, commencing January 1, 1985 and continuing thereaf ter until further order of Council, are hereby fixed as follows: Official Annual Salarv Mayor $ 7,500.00 Council President 3,000.00 Council Members 2,400.00 M. Bonds. Each of the following officers and employees of the Municipality, in addition to such others as Council may from time-to-time designate, shall furnish a bond for the faithful performance of the cluties of his office or position in the sum indicated: Mayor . $25,000.00 Presic7ent of Council 25,000.00 Finance Director 50,000.00 Assistant Finance Director 25,000.00 Building Commissioner 10,000.00 Section 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with this ordinance. Section 3. That the Council finds.and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council anc3 of its committees, resulting in such f ormal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compli- ance with all statutory requirements including_the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Cocle.
