ORDINANCE N0. 85-25 <br />Page -2- <br />(d) The Human Services Director shall be responsible for <br />conducting and coordinating the following activities within <br />the municipality: <br />(1) Distribution of surplus government foods; <br />(2) Activities of the Commission on Aging; <br />(3) Flu shot program; <br />(4) Acquisition of state and federal funds; <br />(5) Assist senior citizens in the preparation and <br />filing of income tax returns; <br />(6) Bi-monthly card group; <br />(7) Bi-monthly craft group; <br />(8) Early Spring/late Fall boccie; <br />(9) Blood pressure checks, once per month; <br />(10) Christmas party; <br />(11) Anniversary party; <br />(12) Picnics in the park; <br />(13) Bus trips (4 to 5 annually); <br />(14) Field trips; <br />(15) Daytime programs throughout the year including <br />travelogue, garden group and police anc3 fire safety; <br />(16) Newsletter; <br />(17) Articles for Voice of the Village; <br />(18) Individual services for seniors; <br />(19) Thrift shopping for goods and supplies for senior <br />citizens; <br />(20) Craft boutique (one annually) ; <br />(21) Real estate tax fiche machines at flu shot program; <br />(22) Monthly luncheon trips; <br />(23) Arrange cooperative activities with other communities. <br />In addition to the foregoing the Human Services Director <br />shall be responsible for such other duties as may be directed by <br />the Mayor from time-to-time. <br />(e) The Human Services Director shall issue to the <br />Mayor and Council a monthly report detailing work performed <br />in conducting and coordinating the activities listed in <br />subsection (d) and also including a time log detailing all <br />time spent on such activity. <br />Section 2. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
