RESOLUTION N0. 89- 77 <br />Page -2- <br />Ordinances to the application o£ Jeanne Meyers for a U-5 Special Use Permit; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have further determined that, in order to <br />provide the best protection to the municipality, the reissuance of the Special <br />Use Permit should specifically grant such Permit to Jeanne Meyers, personally, <br />and only while she remains a tenant on the premises; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Council finds that the use of the property hereinafter <br />described as an auto body repair shop and towing service for automobiles will <br />substantially serve the public convenience and welfare and will not substan- <br />tially or permanently injure the appropriate use of the neighboring property, <br />and further that such use will not be injurious, obnoxious or o£fensive by <br />reason o£ omission of refuse water, odor, dust, fumes, vibrations, smoke, gas, <br />noise, or otherwise and will not be dangerous or harmful to li£e, health, <br />property or morals and will not cause undue congestion on the public highways. <br />SECTION 2. Council hereby confirms the permit and approval granted by <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission of May£ield Village on November 6, 1989 to <br />Jeanne Meyers, personally, to operate an auto body repair shop and towing <br />service for automobiles as a Special U-5 Use Permit upon the following de- <br />scribed premises, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth: <br />Situated in the Village o£ Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, and State of <br />Ohio, and known as being part of Original Mayfield Township Lot No. 45, Tract <br />No. 1, and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning in the center line of S.O.M. Center Road at the most Southeast- <br />erly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Paul Leo Schulz, Sanuary 13, 1893, <br />and recorded in Volume 4285, Page 27, of Cuyahoga County Deed Records. Thence <br />due North along the center line of S.O.M. Center Road 15 feet to a point. <br />Thence North 89 degrees 33' 22.5" West and parallel to Schulz's southerly line <br />a distance of 348 feet to a stone. Thence due North a distance of 243 feet to <br />an iron pipe stake set in a southerly line of land conveyed to the State of <br />Ohio by a deed recorded in Volume 7863, Page 598 0£ Cuyahoga County Deed <br />Records. Thence North 89 degrees 33' 22" West and along a southerly line of <br />land conveyed to the State of Ohio as aforesaid a distance of 180 feet to an <br />iron pin stake. Thence due South and along an Easterly line of land conveyed <br />to the State of Ohio as aforesaid a distance of 258 feet to an iron pin stake <br />set in a southeasterly corner of land conveyed to the State of Ohio as <br />aforesaid, said pin being also in the Northerly line of a parcel.of land <br />conveyed to the Mayfield Rural School District, October 14, 1924, and
