RESOLUTION N0. 89-77 <br />Page -3- <br />recorded in Volume 3317, Page 361, of the Cuyahoga County Deed Records. <br />Thence South 89 degrees 33' 22.5" East and along the southerly line of land <br />conveyed to Paul Leo Schulz as aforesaid a distance of 528 feet (passing <br />through an iron pin stake at 498 feet) to the place of beginning and contain- <br />ing 1,185 acres of land according to the survey of S. John Sheahan, Registered <br />Surveyor, in May, 1961. <br />SECTION 3. The Special Use Permit granted herein is subject to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br />A. That the strip of land 15 £eet wide and extending West from S.O.M. <br />Center Road between parallel lines a distance of 348 feet to the stone, as set <br />forth in the legal description of the property, shall not be considered or <br />included in said Special Use Permit and said strip of land shall continue to <br />remain as a Class U-1 Use District and no parking of any vehicles shall be <br />permitted thereon; <br />B. The Building existing on the premises as of the date hereof shall not <br />be enlarged, altered or expanded; <br />C. The Permittee shall maintain the wooden split two rail fence along <br />the Southerly property line from the existing eight foot chain link fence to <br />the rear of the garage on the residential property to the South; <br />D. The Permittee shall maintain the four foot chain link fence with <br />metal inserts or "slats" designed so as to create a£ence opaque in nature on <br />the East property line from the North end of the existing driveway to the <br />North property line; <br />E. All fences either existing or erected in accordance herewith shall be <br />kept and maintained in good condition by the Permittee; <br />F. The Permittee shall not erect any signs on the subject property <br />except those existing as of the date of the adoption hereof; <br />G. This permit shall not be assigned or transferred without first <br />obtaining the approval of the Planning and Zoning Commission and Council of <br />Mayfield Village; <br />H. No nuisance shall be maintained or permitted on the premises; <br />I. There shall be no burning of tars or rubbish on the premises; <br />J. All automobiles shall be removed from the premises within ninety (90) <br />days from the date they are first brought on to the premises; <br />K. Except for abandoned automobiles, all automobiles on the premises
