M.V. RESOLUTION N0. 89-77 <br />Page -4- <br />shall bear a valid State License Plate and have current Ohio License Plate <br />Validation Stickers or their equivalent from another State. <br />L. This Permit may be suspended for any period of time or revoked by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission upon ten (10) days written notice and hearing <br />£or any one or more of the £ollowing reasons: <br />(1) Failure to comply with any laws or ordinances <br />applicable to the business and operation of the auto <br />body repair shop or towing service for automobiles; <br />(2) Failure to pay any taxes due to May£ield <br />Village in connection with the business o£ the <br />Permittee. <br />(3) Operation of the business authorized by this <br />Permit in a manner determined by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission to be detrimental to the health, <br />safety, morals or welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village or in such a manner as to constitute a nui- <br />sance, or permitting the grounds or buildings to become <br />unsafe or unsightly; <br />(4) Abandonment of the use o£ the premises as an <br />auto body repair shop or towing service for automobiles <br />for a continuing period o£ one (1) year or longer. <br />M. The Permit granted herein shall be e£fective only so along as the <br />Permittee remains an occupant of the subject premises; <br />N. The Permittee must maintain a current log detailing the date on which <br />each automobile is brought on to the premises and the date on which each <br />automobile is removed from the premises, and which log shall be made available <br />to the municipality at reasonable ti.mes and locations to a member of the <br />Building Department designated by the Mayor. <br />SECTION 4. The Permittee shall have no more than ninety (90) days to <br />comply with any violation of the terms and conditions set forth hereinabove, <br />said ninety (90) day period to commence after the Permittee receives written <br />notice from the municipality of such violation. <br />SECTION 5. The Special Use Permit granted herein shall be in force and <br />ef£ect for a period of three (3) years beginning May 19, 1989, and retroactive <br />thereto. <br />SECTION 6. Any Ordinance or Resolution in conflict with this Resolution <br />in whole or in part is hereby repealed to the extent necessary to avoid <br />conflict with this Resolution.
