11/20/89 RESOLUTION N0. 89- 84 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TfIE MAYOR AND PRESZDENT OF COUNCIL TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT OF THE CUYAHOGA REGIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEM SERVICE AGREEMENT EXTENDING THE SERVICE FROM 1/1/90 THROUGH 12/31/90 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT RESOLVED BY TfiE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION 1. The Mayor and President of Council are hereby authorized to execute and amendment to the Regional Information System Service Agreement extending the service from 1/1/90 through 12/31/90 for the charge of One Thousand One hundred Thirty Dollars ($1,130.00) per month, a copy of which is attached hereto and marked as "Exhibit A." SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. SECTION 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that it is necessary to maintain effective safety service to the residents and transients of Mayfield Village.
