LEGAL DESCRIPTION The land now in an Office-Laboratory District which adjoins the rear lot lines of the lots abutting on the north side of Highland Road, starting at the point where limited access line of the freeway intersects with the lot line of parcel no. 831-11-4; thence easterly for a distance of about 1862.4 feet to a point on said lot line 350 feet west of the r-o-w line of S.O.M. Center Road; thence northerly to the north lot lines of the lots abutting on the northerly side of Midvale Avenue; thence westerly along said lot lines about 1632 feet to the intersection with the r-o-w line of the freeway; thence southerly for a distance of 570 feet along said r-o-w line; thence easterly about 1052 feet but specifically 940 feet west of the r-o-w line of S.O.M. Center Road; thence southerly 3279.5 feet and parallel to S.O.M. Center Road to a point on the north lot lines of parcel no. 831-9-3; thence southwesterly for a distance of about 922 feet to a point on the northerly line of parcel no. 831-11-2 and 1319.42 feet west of S.O.M. Center Road; thence southerly 187 feet; thence westerly about 865 feet along the north lot line of parcel no. 831-11-3; thence southerly 373 feet along the r-o-w line of the freeway to the point of beginning. Land now in a Production-Distribution District which is located to the west of the premises described in paragraph (a) above, starting at the southerly line of parcel no. 831-11-2 above, starting at the southerly line of parcel no. 831-11-2 and the intersection with the r-o-w line of the freeway thence easterly 865 feet; thence northerly 187 feet, northeasterly 922 feet, and again 3279.5 feet northerly; thence westerly 1052 feet along the lines of the above described Office-Laboratory District to a point on the r-o-w line of the freeway; thence southerly to the line of beginning.
