<br />a M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 86-19 <br />Page -2- <br />Section 4 This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />for the reason that the enactment hereof will provide reasonable <br />compensation for the services rendered by the employees of the <br />Muncipality. It shall therefore take effect immediately upon passage <br />by the affirmative vote of not less than four (4) members elected to <br />Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time <br />allowed by law. <br />First Reading: 9/15/86 <br />Second Reading: 10/20./86 <br />Third Reading: <br />PASSED: DEFEATED 2/16/87 <br />APPROVED: <br />Richard Etzler, Council President <br />Fred N.
