Carmen AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1305.05, 1305.09 " AND 1305.11 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO THE OPERATION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD V ILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. Sections 1305.05, 1305.09 and 1305.11 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, are hereby amended to read as follows: (Deleted material appears like t~i~s and new material appears like THIS) Chapter 1305 Architectural Revieaa Board * * ~ 1305.05 Compensation. Each member of the Architectural Review Board shall-serves -t~i~Yratxt--ee~rp~rrs~a-t'tofl: BE PAID TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00) PER MEETING. ~ * ~ 1305.09 Meetings. ON THE S ECOND AND FOURTH THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH. THE MEETINGS SHALL BE HELD IN THE OFFICE OF THE BUILDING COMMISSIONER UNLESS THE CHAIRMAN DETERMINES THAT THEY SHOULD BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE THE PUBLIC OR THOSE HAVING BUSINESS BEFORE THE BOARD. IN THE EVENT THAT THERE ARE NO ITEMS TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE BOARD, THE CHAIRMAN MAY CANCEL A SCHEDULED MEETING. * ~ 1305.11 Fees for Submission of Plans.
