ORDINANCE N0. 87- 24 <br />Page -2- <br />1305.11 Fees for Submiss.ion of Plans. <br />(a) All plans for new buildings or exterior alterations <br />must be submitted by the Board, together with a registration <br />fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each accessory building; <br />thirty five dollars ($35000) for each out building, garage, <br />addition or alteration in residential areas; one hundred <br />dollars ($100.00) for each single or two-family dwelling <br />house; seventy five dollars ($75.00) base fee plus five <br />dollars ($5.00) for each 1P000 square feet or fraction <br />thereof for new multi-family and commercial buildings; <br />seventy five dollars ($75.00) base fee plus three dollars <br />($3.00) for each 1,000 square feet or fraction thereof <br />for additions or alterations to multi-family and commercial <br />buildings; twenty dollars ($20.00) for decks; twenty dollars <br />($20.00) for swimming pools; twenty dollars ($20o00) for <br />all buildings and structures other than those heretofore <br />listed; which fee shall be collected by the Beafel-axel <br />gard-te-the-Pi-aanee-Bireeter BUILDING COMMISSIONER before <br />the Board will make any reviewm No building permit shall <br />be issued by the Building Commissioner unless plans and <br />specifications for the building shall have been first <br />approved in writing by the Board upon the affirmative <br />vote of a majority of its members present at a meeting of <br />the Board at which there is a quorum. <br />(b) SIX SETS OF plans must be submitted gn-triplieate <br />and shall include the following: <br />(1) Site and location plan, which shall show <br />the existing adjacent finished grades <br />and proposed finished grades relative to <br />street grade. The plans should include sewer <br />connection elevations. <br />(2) Basement or foundation plans. <br />(3) Al1 other floor plans. <br />(4) Al1 exterior elevations. <br />(5) Roof plan for flat roof structures. <br />(6) Sufficient scaled details to define the <br />character of the designo <br />(7) Location of garages and driveways should <br />be shown on the plot plan. <br />(8) All drawings shall be shown at a definite scale, <br />as indicated, and shall be reproduced at the <br />scale down. The drawings and plans submitted <br />shall be drawn as the building is proposed to <br />be built. <br />(c) A schedule of exterior materials, finish and colors, <br />must be shown on the drawings submittedo The Board map <br />SHALL request samples of exterior materials. Plans for <br />remodeling buildings which affect the exterior appearance <br />shall be accompanied by a drawing sufficient to show the <br />existing building or with photographs of the existing <br />building and surroundings.
