M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 87-24 Page -3- Section 2. Section 1305.08(b) of the Codif ied Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, is hereby deleted in its entiretye Section 3m There is hereby enacted Section 1305.081 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, which shall read as followsa 1305a081 Secretary. The municipality shall provide the Board with a Secretary whose compensation shall be determined from time-to-time by the Council. Section 4. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance in whole or in part are hereby repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with this ordinance. Section 5. That the Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 6. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the actions taken herein are necessary to maintain the effective operation of the Architectural Review Board. It shall therefore take effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than four (4) members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law.
