Park Drive without the consent of the majority of Council and the <br />Worton Park Homeowners Association as defined hereinabove. If, <br />however, prior to the construction of the proposed relocated driveway <br />the Worton Park homeowners elect to connect Worton Park Drive to the <br />proposed relocated driveway as a one-way egress roadway then such <br />connecting road shall be constructed solely at the expense of <br />Progressive. <br />8. Progressive agrees, at its sole expense, to create parks <br />on all of the properties where existing houses are razed pursuant to <br />this Agreement, and said properties shall be annexed to the ninety <br />(90) foot sideyard created by Ordinance No. 1971-29 and shall be <br />subject to the same restrictions and uses set forth therein. <br />9.
