If the impact study prepared by NOACA indicates a <br />decrease in the fair market value of the property located at the <br />southeast corner of Worton Park and Wilson Mills Road, the address of <br />same being 825 Worton Park, then Progressive shall cause the <br />structures on said premises to be razed at its sole expense. <br />4. Progressive shall, at its sole expense, raze the <br />structures on the property located at 6268 Wilson Mills Road. <br />5. Progressive agrees that within ten (10) days of the <br />execution of this Agreement it will list for sale, with an independent <br />real estate broker, the properties it owns at 820, 833, 849 and 875 <br />Worton Park. The independent real estate broker referred to herein <br />shall be mutually agreed upon by and between the parties hereto. It <br />is intended that the properties listed for sale pursuant to this <br />provision will be sold as owner occupied single family residences for <br />an amount consistent with the aooraised value of each home as <br />_ determined by the NOACA study: <br />6. Progressive agrees =that it will not purchase or <br />repurchase any properties located on Worton-Park Drive without the <br />consent of the ma;ority of Council and the Worton Park Homeowners <br />Association, said Association encompassing all of the residents <br />residing o.^. the follc:~rirg streets: P7orten Perk, 41ood1ane, North <br />Woodlane, South Woodlane, Joyce, Hemmingway, Norman and P.obin Circle. <br />7.
