M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 88-20 <br />Page -2- <br />B. The Certificate of Inspection shall contain at least the <br />following information: <br />1. The street address or other identifying <br />characteristics of the dwelling structure <br />or unit. <br />2. The name and address of the owner of the <br />dwelling structure or unit. <br />3. Listing of any non-compliance items con- <br />tained within the private sewage systems <br />at the time of such inspection. <br />C. The Certificate of Inspection shall be valid for a period of <br />one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the inspection <br />required herein. <br />Chapter 1365.03: FEE. <br />The prospective seller or grantor shall be responsible for <br />any charge assessed by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health for <br />such inspection. <br />Chapter 1365.04: COMPLIANCE WITH CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION. <br />No person, agent, firm or corporation shall sell, by land <br />contract or otherwise, any interest in any residential structure <br />or unit without furnishing the prospective buyer, prior to sale, <br />a current Certificate of Inspection. When an escrow has been <br />established, there shall be deposited in escrow, prior to <br />delivery of possession or transfer of title, a statement from <br />the prospective buyer acknowledging receipt of the Certificate <br />of Inspection. There shall furthermore be required a statement <br />signed by the owner and prospective buyer indicating which of the <br />parties shall accept responsibility for full compliance with the <br />Regulations of the Board of Health.. <br />Chapter 1365.05: ESCROW AGENT; DISBURSEMENTS OF FUNDS WITHOUT <br />STATEMENT PROHIBITED. <br />No person, firm or corporation acting in a capacity of an <br />escrow agent in any real estate transaction involving the sale <br />of a dwelling located within the municipality shall disburse any <br />funds unless there has been a complete compliance with the <br />provisions of this Chapter. <br />
