ORDINANCE NO. 88- 32 <br />INTRODUCED BY: MAYOR CARMEN & COUNCIL AS A WHOLE. <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />REPEALING SUBSECTIONS 1153.02(f)(8) AND 1153.02(f)(10) <br />OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />ELIMINATING DOCTORS' AND DENTISTS' OFFICES AND <br />RESEARCH LABORATORIES AS A SPECIAL PERMIT USE <br />IAi A CLASS U-6 DISTRICT AND <br />REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT ~IITH <br />WHEREAS, the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, provides that <br />the buildings and lands in the small office building district shall be used <br />for the purposes of doctors' and dentists' offices; and <br />WHEREAS, the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, provides <br />that buildings and lands in the office laboratory and production distribu- <br />tion district shall be used for the purposes of research laboratories; <br />W~REAS, the Council now wishes to prohibit doctors' and dentists' <br />offices and research laboratories as a special permit use in the Class U-6 <br />District; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />SECTION 1. Existing Section 1153.02(f), entitled "Class U-6 Uses: <br />(Special Permits)," now consisting of Subsections (1) through (11) is hereby <br />amended by deleting existing Subsection (8), entitled "Doctors' and Dentists' <br />Offices," and Subsection (10), entitled "Research Laboratory," so that the <br />amended Section 1153.02(f) will consist of numbered Sections (1) through (9) <br />and will read as follows: <br />(f) Class U-6 Uses: (Special Permits) <br />1. Cemetery. <br />2. Crematory. <br />3. Any public utility not included in <br />a Class U-1, U-2, U-3, Local Business <br />District or U-5 use. <br />
