Community center building, private club, <br />except a club the chief activity of which <br />is a service customarily carried on as a <br />business. <br />6. Public park, public playground, public <br />recreation building, water tower, reservoir. <br />7. Motor bus terminal and repair depot for buses. <br />8. Golf course. <br />9. Any other use which, in the determination of <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission, is in <br />keeping with the uses permitted herein as <br />Class U-6 uses and is not injurious, obnoxious <br />or offensive by reason of emission of refuse <br />water, odor, dust, fumes, vibrations, smoke, <br />gas, noise or otherwise and is not dangerous <br />to life, health, property or morals and will <br />not cause undue congestion on the public <br />highway. <br />SECTION 2. All prior Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance, in <br />whole or in part, are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with <br />this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of <br />this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at <br />open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open <br />to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to <br />certify a copy of this Ordinance to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections for <br />approval or rejection by the electorate of Mayfield Village, Ohio, pursuant to <br />Article III, Section 13, of the Charter of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and directs <br />the Clerk of Council and Law Director to take whatever other steps necessary <br />in order to comply with all directives of said Board of Elections in order to <br />secure placement on the ballot as aforesaid. <br />
