It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector with the cooper- ation of the Fire Department, to see the enforcement of the provi- sions of this Ordinance. 765.99 PENALTY. Any person or persons, either for themselves or as an officer, agent or employee of any person, firm or corporation, who violates any provisions of this Chapter shall, upon conviction of any subsequent, offense, be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor. Each day of storage, or each individual sale or exchange shall constitute a new, separate and individual offense. ? --? SECTION 2. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. law. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the reason that it is necessary to prohibit the storage, sale and/or exchange of filled propane tanks larger than 16 ounces with the Village.
