M.V. ORDINANCE N0. 89-32 <br />Page -13- <br />govern the assessment of common expenses among the owners of <br />dwelling units within the R& R District. <br />(e) Vehicular Traffic Analysis. An analysis of the estimated <br />traffic volumes expected to be generated by the R& R develop- <br />ment and an assignment of the estimated volumes at the various <br />entrances to the development area. <br />(f) Prior to commencement of construction, the allotter shall <br />obtain the following as appropriate, for the construction <br />project then being undertaken: <br />(1) A letter from the City of Cleveland Water Department <br />indicating sufficient water pressure to serve the <br />proposed construction.project; <br />(2) A letter from the Cuyahoga County Sanitary <br />Engineering Division that there is sufficient capaci- <br />ty to convey and/or treat sanitary sewage; <br />(3) A letter from the agency treating sewage that the <br />wastewater treatment plant has sufficient capacity to <br />treat the sewage from the proposed constructio.n <br />project area; and <br />(4) Written approval of the Ohio Environmental Protection <br />Agency, the Federal Emergency Management Agency and <br />other interested authorities. <br />1159.11 REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN• ' <br />(a) Upon receipt of a development plan and supporting documentation <br />as required in 5ection 1159.10, the Secretary of the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission shall transmit a copy of the plan and <br />supporting documentation to the Commission, Village Engineer nd <br />Police and F,ire Chiefs for their review and recommendations. <br />The Secretary shall also transmit a copy of all proposed <br />covenants, restrictions and easements to be recorded, covenants <br />for area maintenance, and proposed bylaws of the Homeowners' <br />Association to the Law Director for his review and recommenda- <br />tion. The Law Director, Engineer and Police and Fire Chiefs <br />shall each, within thirty (30) days from receiving the develop- <br />ment plan and supporting documentation; submit to the Commis- <br />sion a report covering their respective jurisdictions. A copy <br />of the aforementioned reports shall also be submitted to the <br />Mayor and Clerk of Council.
