ORDINANCE NO. 78-62 <br />Page -2- <br />Section 2. The Cler):-Treasurer is hereUy authorized and <br />directed to cause said easements to be duly recorded in the office <br />of the Cuyahoga County Recorder. <br />Section 3. This Ordinance is declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation o£ the public <br />peace, safety, health and welfare for the reason that the conditions <br />as they exist present the threat of imminent flooding of homes in <br />a larqe area of the Village and it is therefore necessary to take <br />immediate steps to protect the health, safety and welare of its <br />residents; therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />upon passaye by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) <br />members elected to Council and approval by the b2ayor, or otherwise <br />at the tarliest time allowed by law. <br />President of Council <br />PASSED: Dec. 18, 1978 <br />APP120VED: <br />Robert G.
