ORDINANCE NO. <br />Page -.4= <br />(4) All tie-ins made by the sewer <br />contractor from the inspection tees <br />to the wall of the house shall <br />be subject to permit fees using the <br />schedule mentioned in subsection (3) <br />hereinabove. <br />(i) Electrical work. <br />The basic fee for any electrical permit shall be Ten <br />Dollars ($10.00) to which shall be added the following charges: <br />(1) For each lighting outlet up to 50: <br />(2) For each lighting outlet over 50: <br />(3) For each lighting fixture up to 10: <br />$ .30 <br />$ .20 <br />$ .30 <br />(4) For each lighting fixture over 10: <br />$ .20 <br />When fixtures contain more than four florescent or other <br />similar electric discharge type tubes, each four such tubes shall <br />be deemed to be a separate lighting fixture. Each four feet of <br />contiguous neon or other similar tubing shall be deemed to be <br />a separate lighting fixture. <br />Each outlet for ranges and similar heating devices and for <br />power motors shall require a Two Dollar ($2.00) permit fee. <br />(j) Buildings, structures or equipment not specified. <br />The fee for a permit to construct any buildings or structures <br />or install any equipment not specifically covered under this Chapter, <br />or other municipal ordinances shall be three-tenths of one percent <br />of the estimated cost thereof, except that no permit shall be <br />issued for less than Ten Dollars ($10.00). <br />(k) Certificate of occupancy. <br />(1) Except where a total lump sum permit fee may be <br />paid, the fee for a certificate of occupancy issued <br />upon final inspection of a new single-family <br />dwelling, two-family dwelling or commercial or <br />industrial building?: $ 5.00 <br />(2) Fee for a final inspection upon completion <br />of enlargement of or alteration to an <br />existing buildinq: <br />$ 5.00 <br />(3) Except where a total lump sum permit fee <br />may be paid, the fee for a certificate of <br />occupancy issued upon completion of an <br />apartment building shall be Three Dollars <br />($3.00) but not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Dollars
