The fee for a <br />certificate of occupancy issued after <br />June 30 of any year shall be one-half <br />of the above for the remainder o£ the <br />year. Subsequent annual inspection fees <br />shall be Two Dollars ($2.00) for each <br />suite but not to exceed One Hundred Dollars <br />($100.00) per building. <br />(1) Certificate of approval. <br />There shall be no additional fee for certificates of <br />approval of plumbing, gas, piping or electrical work performed <br />under permit for such work. <br />(m) Contractor's certificate of registration. <br />The annual fee for a contractor`s certificate of registration <br />as required under Chapter 1313 and for any person providing <br />service to a resident, shall be Ten Dollars ($10.00). <br />(n) Fee for setting grade. <br />Whenever the Building Commissioner is in doubt concerning <br />the setting of the grade for any construction, he tas the right <br />to require the owner or appropriate permit holder to deposit <br />Fifty Dollars ($50.00) with the Buildinq Commissioner, which <br />sum shall go into the Cbneral Fund, and in such case to call <br />upon the Municipal Engineer to set the grade, and the Municipal <br />Engineer shall be paid the sum of Thirty-Five Dollars ($35.00) <br />from the General Fund for such services in each instance. <br />(o) Additional inspections. <br />In addstson to the permit and license fees specified in this <br />Chapter, the following fees shall be charged to the holder of <br />the permit covering the particular kind of work to be inspected <br />for any additional inspections made by the Building Commissioner <br />or any of his assistants, in order to secure compliance with <br />the ordinances of the Municipality governing construction, <br />alteration, additions to, demolition or removal of buildings <br />and parts thereof: <br />(1) First additional inspection: <br />$10.00 <br />(2) Each subsequent inspection: <br />$15.00 <br />(p) Swihrtning Pools. <br />The base permit for a swimming pool shall be Twenty-Five <br />Dollars ($25.00) plus One Dollar ($1.00) per 100 square feet <br />of ground area or fraction thereof occupied by the pool and
