Proposed construction sequence and time schedule for all <br />earth disturbing activities and installation of provisions for <br />erosion and sediment pollution control and storm water management. <br />K. Design computations and applicable assumptions for all <br />structural measures for erosion and sediment pollution control <br />and water management. Volume and velocity of flow must be given <br />for all surface water conveyance measures and pipe outfalls. <br />L. Seeding mixtures and rates, lime and fertilizer appli- <br />D cation rates, and kind and quantity of mulching for both temporary <br />and permanent vegetative control measures. <br />M. Estimate of cost of erosion and sediment control and <br />water management structures and features. <br />N. Title, scale, direction, legend, and date oP all plan maps. <br />0. Name and address of the person(s) preparing the plan, the <br />owner, and the person responsible for the development area. <br />P. Certification that all earth disturbance, construction, <br />and development will be done pursuant to the plan. <br />The approving agency may either waive specific requirements for <br />plan detail or require additional information if needed to show that <br />the work will conform to the basic requirements of this regulation. <br />-7-
