) <br />RESOLUTION N0, <br />Page -2- <br />shall be entitled to have leqal counsel present at this meeting. <br />In the event tHat the preliminary proposal by the Budget <br />and Appropriations Committee is, in all aspects, identical to the <br />suggestions made by the Police Department, either individually or <br />through representation by the Mayfield Village Police Patrolmen's <br />Association, then the meeting established by this Section shall not <br />be required and the preliminary proposal shall become a final proposal <br />and be so-recommended to Council. <br />Section 3. Following the meeting established in Section 2, <br />the Budget and Appropriations Committee shall again deliberate and <br />make a final wage, hour and fringe package proposal. If that final <br />proposal still differs from the suggestions made by the members of <br />the Police Department, either individually or through representation <br />by the Mayfield Village Police Patrolmen's Association, then the <br />members oE the Police Department shall be so-notified and those <br />members, either individually or through representation by the Mayfield <br />Village Police Patrolmen's Association shall be entitled to make a <br />presentation of their suggestions to Council as a whole before the <br />Budget and Appropriations Committee presents its final proposal. The <br />members of the Police Department shall be entitled to have legal counsel <br />present at thss meet3ng. <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall not preclude any individual <br />member of the Police Department from being able to represent himself <br />or- bargain individually on his own behalf. <br />Section 5. A11 rights granted herein are non-exclusive. <br />Section 6.
