-4- <br />2. For each 3 compartment sink or laundry tray or combination <br />sink and laundry tray, floor drain, yard drain, dish washer, <br />sump pump, inside downspout, hot-water tank, or similar <br />plumbing fixture, also refrigerator drain 1.00 <br />3. Building drains and/or sewers $10.00 plus $5.00 for each <br />100 lineal feet or fraction thereof for pipe up to 6" in <br />diameter; plus $6.00 for each 100 lineal feet or fraction <br />thereof for pipe up to 12" in diameter; plus $7.00 for each <br />100 lineal feet or fraction thereof for pipe over 12" in <br />diameter. <br />(i) Electrical Work. <br />The basic fee for any electrical permit shall be $5.00 to which <br />shall be added the following charges: <br />1. For each lighting outlet .20 <br />2. For each lighting fixture .20 <br />When fixtures contain more than four fluorescent, or'other similar <br />electric discharge type tubes, each four such tubes shall be deemed <br />to be a separate lighting fixture. Each four feet of continuous neon <br />or other similar tubing shall be deemed to be a separate lighting fixture. <br />3. Outlet for ranges and similar heating devices, and for power <br />motors, each 1.50 <br />(j) Buildings, Structures or Equipment Not Specified. <br />The fee for a permit to construct any buildings or structures, or <br />install any equipment, not specifically covered under Schedule of <br />Fees or other Village ordinances, three-tenths (3/10) of one (1) <br />Percent of the estimated cost, except that no permit shall be issued <br />for less than 10.00 <br />(k) Certificate of Occupancy. <br />1. Except where a total lump sum permit fee may be paid, the <br />fee for a certificate of occupancy issued upon final inspection <br />of a new single family dwelling, two-family dwelling, or com- <br />mercial or industrial building 5.00 <br />2. Fee for final inspection upon completion of enlargement of <br />or alteration to existing building 5.00 <br />3. Except where a total lump sum permit fee may be paid, the <br />fee for certificate of occupancy issued upon couzpletion of <br />an apartment building shall be $3.00 for each suite but not to <br />exceed $150.00 per building. Subsequent annual inspection fee, <br />each suite $2.00 but not to exceed $100.00 per building.
