during a calendar month may be granted upon an application <br />of a permit from the Building Official oP the Village. <br />Section 6. It shall be unlawful to openly store a recreational vehicle <br />over seven feet in height, as defined in Section 1(h) of this Ordinance, unless a <br />variance is granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals and provided proper screening <br />as defined by the Architectural Board of Review shall consider the following con- <br />cerning the screening: <br />(1) Location of screened area to adjacent building or adjoining <br />lots. <br />(2) Size and condition of the recreational vehicle. <br />(3) View of the screened area from the street and adjoining <br />lots. <br />(4) Quality and quantity of screening material. <br />Section 7. Each recreational vehicle shall be registered by May lst of each <br />year, using forms provided by the Building Official o£ the Village, which will con- <br />tain infoxmation pertaining to any vehicle defined within this Ordinance which may <br />be either parked or stored within the Village boundaries that year. Upon the payment <br />of a registration fee of $3.00 per registrational vehicle, the Building Official shall <br />issue a registration card for the recreational vehicle. Such registration card shall <br />bear a number unique to each recreational vehicle registered and shall be placed in <br />a conspicuous place on the vehicle. <br />Section 8. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect 78 days from <br />and after its passage, to-wit: October 1, 1974. <br />Section 9. Whoever violates any provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed <br />guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined a sum not <br />to exceed One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each violation. <br />Passed this 15th day o£ Jul,y , 1974. <br />Attest: <br />(S CLERK-TREASURER
