during a calendar month may be granted upon an application of a permit from the Building Official oP the Village. Section 6. It shall be unlawful to openly store a recreational vehicle over seven feet in height, as defined in Section 1(h) of this Ordinance, unless a variance is granted by the Board of Zoning Appeals and provided proper screening as defined by the Architectural Board of Review shall consider the following con- cerning the screening: (1) Location of screened area to adjacent building or adjoining lots. (2) Size and condition of the recreational vehicle. (3) View of the screened area from the street and adjoining lots. (4) Quality and quantity of screening material. Section 7. Each recreational vehicle shall be registered by May lst of each year, using forms provided by the Building Official o£ the Village, which will con- tain infoxmation pertaining to any vehicle defined within this Ordinance which may be either parked or stored within the Village boundaries that year. Upon the payment of a registration fee of $3.00 per registrational vehicle, the Building Official shall issue a registration card for the recreational vehicle. Such registration card shall bear a number unique to each recreational vehicle registered and shall be placed in a conspicuous place on the vehicle. Section 8. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect 78 days from and after its passage, to-wit: October 1, 1974. Section 9. Whoever violates any provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined a sum not to exceed One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each violation.
