Section 6. Penalties. <br />(a) Any parent, guardian or person charged, factitiously, with a parent`s <br />rights, duties and responsibilities who violates this Ordinance or any section <br />thereof, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than <br />$100.00. <br />(b) Any juvenile who violates this Ordinance or any section thereof shall be <br />adjudged an unruly child, with such disposition of the case as may be appropriate <br />under Chapter 2151 of the Revised Code of Ohio. <br />Section 7. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety, <br />welfare and property of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, because of the <br />need to establish a curfew for juveniles and, therefore, this Ordinance shall be in <br />force and effect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 15th day of April , 1974. <br /> <br />a ATTEST: <br />a <br />ee) Clerk-Treasurer
