<br />Section 6.(a) It shall be unlawful to openly store a recreational vehicle, <br />as defined in Section 1(h) of this ordinance, without the installation of proper <br />screening, as required by the Architectural Board of Review and the issuance of a <br />permit by the Building Department for the installation of such screening. <br />(b) The criteria to be followed by the Architectural Board of Review in <br />determi.ning screening requirements shall consider the following: <br />(i) Location of screened area to adjacent building or adjoining <br />lots. <br />(ii) Size and condition of the recreational vehicle. <br />(iii) View of the screened areas from the street and adjoining lots. <br />(iv) Quality and quantity of screening material. <br />Section 7. Each recreational vehicle sha11 be registered by May lst of <br />each year, using forms provided by the Building Official of the Village, which will <br />contain information pertaining to any vehicle defined within this Ordinance which may <br />be either parked or stored within the Village boundaries that year. Upon the pay- <br />ment of a registration fee of $3.00 per recreational vehicle, the Building Official <br />shall issue a registration card for the recreational vehicle. Such registration <br />card shall bear a number unique to each recreational vehicle registered and shall <br />be placed in a conspicuous place on the vehicle. <br />Section 8. Ordinance No. 74-18 is hereby repealed. <br />Section 9. Whoever violates any provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed <br />guilty of an unclassified misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined a sum not <br />to exceed One Hundred ($100) Dollars for each violation. <br />Passed this 21st day of October, 1974. <br />ATTEST: <br />S al) CL^RK-TREASURER <br />-3'- <br />PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />
