(e) All parking areas, loading areas and access driveways <br />shall have asphalt, concrete or other similar hard surface <br />approved by the Village Engineer. <br />(f) Appropriate curbs shall be provided in order to define <br />limits of paved areas and to prevent vehicles from pro- <br />jecting into required yards. Parking spaces shall be <br />defined by painted strips outlining same. <br />(g) Landscape features, fencing or screening when required to <br />protect adjacent properties should be shown. <br />(h) Parking and loading areas shall be illuminated whenever <br />necessary to protect the public safety. <br />(i) Location of signs, if any. <br />(j) Plot Plan and/or drawing shall have appropriate legend <br />showing: <br />1. Lot number <br />2. Name of business <br />3. Builder or construction firm <br />4. Date <br />5. Square footage of lot area <br />6. Square footage of building floor area <br />7. Maximum number of employees on any two successive shifts <br />8. Required minimum parking spaces <br />9. Number of planned parking spaces <br />(k) All drawings, plot or site plans shall be drawn to scale <br />on paper 18 x 30 inches or larger in size. Said scale shall <br />be shown on each drawing or plan. <br />(1) All plats, site plans and drawings shall be submitted to the <br />Building Inspector for his review and signature. <br />(m) All plats, site plans and drawings shall be reviewed by the <br />Village Engineer for his approval and signature befone such <br />plan, site plans and drawings are submitted to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission. <br />(n) The above conditions and requirements shall be accomplished <br />by the applicant before being placed onthe agenda of the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission. The cutoff date for inclusion <br />on the agenda shall be Friday noon preceding the meeting <br />of the Commission. <br />-4-
