Tennis, platform tennis, paddle ball, <br />handball, squash, or racquet ball <br />facilities <br />1 space per 50 sq.ft. gross <br />floor area or 1 space per 2 <br />seats, whichever is greater with <br />a minimum of 10 spaces plus <br />1/employee <br />1 space per guest unit; plus <br />10 add'1 spaces per motel/hotel <br />1 space per 100 sq.ft. floor area <br />1 space per 20 sq.ft. of assem- <br />bly room, or 40 per parlor, <br />whichever is greater <br />1 space per 2 seats plus 1 <br />space for each employee <br />1 space per 35 sq.ft. of area <br />in activity use <br />81? spaces per lane <br />25 spaces per 1,000 sq.ft. gross <br />area <br />10 spaces per hole, 1 space <br />per 35 sq.ft. floor area of <br />public assembly and 250 sq.ft. <br />Ploor area for other uses. <br />8 spaces per court <br />Section 31.12 Modifications to Schedule <br />In industrial districts wherever the application of the standards as set <br />forth in Section 31.11, subsection 21 as to "number oF employees" results <br />in a lesser number of parking spaces than required by the application of said <br />standard as to "square feet of building", the Commission may permit the <br />construction of the lesser number of spaces, provided, however, the additional <br />area required to provide the number of spaces under the "square feet of <br />building" standard shall be reserved and held as open area along with all <br />required yard areas, for future construction of parking spaces until the <br />use of the building is changed to a classification having a greater number <br />of employees in relation to the building anea. <br />Section 31.13 Separate or Combined Use of Facilities <br />A building containing one use shall provide the off-street parking spaces <br />as required for the specific use. A buiTding, or group of buildings, containing <br />two or more uses, operating normally during the same hours, and which have <br />different off-street parking requirements shall provide spaces for not less <br />than the sum of the spaces required for each use. <br />
