0 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 862, cribed; and Ordinance No. 75-22 Introduced by: Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE LEVYING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE IMpROVEMENT OF ECHO DRIVE, MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, BY THE INSTALLATION OF AN EIGHT INCH WATER MAIN, HYDRANTS, AND ALL NECESSARY APPURTINANCES THERETO AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY this Council did, on the 20th day of May, 1974, duly adopt declaring the necessity of the improvement therein and herein des- WHEREAS, objections to the proposed estimated assessments were made by certain property owners; and WHEREAS, this Council did, on the 17th day of June, 1974, duly adopt Resolution No. 864, appointing a Board to hear objections to estimated assessments; and WHEREAS, this Council did, on the 15th day of July, 1974, duly adopt Resolution No. 865, a resolution approving report of Assessment Equalization Board which approved the estimated assessments without modification with respect to the improvement of Echo Drive by the installation of an 8" water main, hydrants and all necessary appurtenances thereto; and • WHEREAS, this Council did, on the 15th day of July, 1974, duly adopt Ordinance No. 74-36, determi.ning to proceed with said improvement and adopting the estimated assess- ments as approved by this Council in Resolution No. 865; and WHEREAS, this Council did on the 13th day of August 1974 duly adopt Ordinance No. 74-40 further determining that said improvements should be made; and WHEREAS, the actual cost of said improvement has now been ascertained and has been placed on file in the office of the Clerk Treasurer and has been reported to this council; and WHEREAS, the estimated assessments for said improvement heretofore adopted by Ordinance No. 74-36 and No. 74-40 have been adjusted so that the assessments are in the same proportion to said estimated assessments as the actual cost of said improvement is to the estimated cost of said improvement; and WfiEREAS, said adjusted assessments are now on file in the office of the Clerk; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE,OHIO: Section 1. That the assessment of the cost of the improvement of Echo Drive by the installation of an 8" water main, hydrants and all necessary appurtenances thereto in Mayfield Village, Ohio, as heretofore reported to this council and now on file in the office of its Clerk-Treasurer, and aggregating in the amount of $ , be and the ? same is adopted and conformed.
