C ? <br />PARCEL II <br />(Harry J. and Eleanor Eisenmann) <br />"Situated in btayfield Village, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and being <br />a part of Sublot No.45 in the Robert Neroni Subdivision No. 1 <br />as recorded in Volume 198, Page 63 and 64 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records, bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Sublot No. 45 ; <br />Thence North 78°15'S3" West along the southerly line of said Sublot <br />No. 45, a distance of 7.53 feet to a point; thence North 6°36'38" <br />East, 241.2 feet to a point; Thence Southeasterly along the southerly <br />right-of-way line o£ Hickory Hill Drive (60 feet wide), 7.5 feet to <br />a point; Thence South 6°36'38" West along the easterly line of said <br />Sublot No. 45, a distance of 242.35 feet to the place of beginning, <br />containing 1.813 sq.ft. of land, be the same, more or less." <br />Said premises are also known as a part of Cuyahoga County Auditor's <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-17-034. <br />Section 2. The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby authorized to cause said ease- <br />ments to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 3.
