: 0 Ordinance No.75-31 Introduced by: Council as a Whole AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING EASEMENTS FROM JULIUS PARIS, TRUSTEE, BOB'S PROPERTIES, LTD., PANZICA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, PETER GALIER, JOSEPH A. DI SANTIS, AND ELIO C. CARLINI FOR A PERPETUAL RIGHT OF WAY AND EASIIMII?NT FOR THE OPERATION, MAINTINANCE AND REPAIR OF STORM SEWERS AND APPURTENANCES INSTALLED ON CERTAIN PREMISES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, TfIAT : Section 1. Council hereby approves and accepts easements from Julius Paris, Trustee, Bob's Properties, Ltd., Panzica Construction Company, Peter Galier, Joseph A. DiSantis, and Elio C. Carlini for the perpetual right of way and easement for the operation, maintenance and repair of storm sewers and appurtenances installed through, in and under the real premises described as follows: Parcel No. 1 Situated in Mayfield Village, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, an3 known as ? being part of Original Mayfield Lot No's 35 and 45, Tract No. 1, £urther bounded and described as £ollows: Beginning at the intersection of the Southerly line of Beta Drive, 60.00 feet wide as shown on the Dedication Plat of said Beta Drive as recorded in Volume 209, Page 11 of the Cuyahoga County Map Records, with the Easterly line of land conveyed to Bob's Properties, Ltd., a Partnership, by deed dated September 3; 1974 and recorded in Volume 13668, Page 325 of the Cuyahoga County Records; thence S 87°46'02" E. along said Southerly line of Beta Drive, 545.43 feet to a point of curvature; thence continuing along said Southerly line of Beta Drive, which is the arc of a curve deflecting to the left, said curve having a radius of 1,555.90 feet and a chord of 38.31 feet, which chord bears S 88028'21"E, 38.31 feet to a point therein; thence S 00°49'19" W, 25.00 feet to a point; thence along the arc of a curve deflecting to the right, said curve having a radius of 1,580.90 feet and a chord of 38.93 feet, which chord bears N 88028'21" W 38.93 feet to a point; thence N. 87°46'02" W, parallel with the aforementioned Southerly line of Beta Drive, 535.43 feet to a point; me thence S 020 13'58" W, 362.03 feet to a point;
