<br />thence N 020 13'58" E, 15.00 £eet to a point in the Northerly line of the
<br />aforementioned land so conveyed to DeSantis, Carlini, Galier;
<br />thence S 87°25'05" E, along the Northerly line of land so conveyed to
<br />DeSantis, Carlini, Galier, 10.00 feet to the principal place of beginning,
<br />be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
<br />Section 2. The Clerk Treasurer is hereby authorized to cause said easements
