<br /> <br />this legislation to the Executive Secretary of the Cuyahoga County Mayors and <br />City Managers Association. <br />Section 5. The sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Three Dollars and Eighty-Four Cents <br />($283.84) is hereby appropriated and shall be paid to the Cuyahoga County Mayors and <br />City Managers Association for the purpose of paying the expenses incidental to the <br />coordination of such activity and employment of professional assistance, which funds <br />shall be held in escrow, at any time upon request, with the unused portion of the funds <br />to be returned to Mayfield Village at the conclusion of negotiations, litigation or <br />otherwise. <br />Section 6. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure pro- <br />viding,for the immediate preservation of the health, safety, and welfare of the <br />residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, in that unless immediate action is undertaken, the <br />Cleveland Water System will continue to drastically deteriorate and be unable to provide <br />adequate water service to its present and future users; wherefore, this Ordinance shall <br />be in full force and effect from and immediately after its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />Passed: April 19, 1976 <br />Attest: <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />Appro : 17.(0 <br />MA <br />?
