Ordinance No. 1971- ~ ~ Thence westerly and parallel with the said centerline of Sdilson Mills Road, 113.19 feet to a point; Thence northerly along the easterly line of land conveyed to Roy H. and Mildred K. Schwentker by deed recorded in Volume 7843 Page 346 at Cuyahoga County Records, 28.00 feet to a point; Thence westerly and parallel with the said centerline of Wilson Mills Road, 113.19 feet to a point; Thence northerly along the easterly line of land conveyed to Bruce A. and Alvera M. Stevenson by deed recorded in Volume 9917 Page 241 of Cuyahoga County Records, 756.38 feet to a point; 2. Thence westerly along the northerly line of land so conveyed to Bruce A. and Alvera M. Stevenson and the extension of it, 201 feet to a point; Thence southerly along the westerly line of land conveyed to Henry iT, and Ethel M. Jagush by deed recorded in Volume 7233 Page 437 at Cuyahoga County Records, 1084.38 feet to a point on the said centerline of idilson Mills Road; Thence easterly along the said centerline of idilson Mills Road, 497.90 feet to the principal place of beginning, excepting therefrom the land conveyed to the County of Cuyahoga for the widen- ing of Wilson Mills Road by deeds recorded in Volume 10104 Page 724, Volume 10345 Page 341, Volume 9942 Page 194, Volume 9967 Page 456, ~ and Volume 9927 Page 35 at the Cuyahoga County Records, containing it 6.6 acres of land, be the same, more or less, but sub3ect to all legal highways. .Section 2.
