LEECH <br />IW' <br />'~I <br />b <br />b <br />W <br />N <br />Q <br />Q <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY TRANSFERRING <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY ABUTTING S.O.i4. CENTER ROAD <br />AND SANDAL[d00D DRIVE TO A CLASS U-3 (APARTMENT <br />HOUSE) USE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, this amending ordinance has been submitted to the Village <br />Planning and Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval, or suggestions, and <br />said Commission has been allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report <br />and has made its report thereon, and a public hearing has been had thereon, <br />~vith notice of hearing given in the manner provided by law; and <br />WHEREAS, Council finds that the use of the property hereinafter <br />described for apartment house purposes will be conducive to the public health, <br />peace, safety, comfort, prosperity, convenience and general welfare, and iaill <br />not substantially injure any other property in the Village or the use thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The following described property, indicated on the attached <br />sketch, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall be transferred from <br />its present existing use district into a Class U-3 (Apartment House) use dist=ict: <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, State of Ohio and <br />being a part of Original Mayfield Township, Lot No. 46, Tract <br />No. 1, bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 12 <br />in the U C F Realty Corporation's Elsena Acres Subdivision <br />No. 2 as recorded in Volume 191, Page 74 at the Cuyahoga <br />County Records; <br />Thence South 3°-14'-57" East along the easterly line of <br />said Sublot No. 12, 144.96 feet to an angle point; <br />Thence due South continuing along the said Westerly line <br />of Sublot No. 12, 55.00 feet to a point; <br /> <br />ffa <br />I~ <br />~~ <br />V <br />W <br />N <br />Q <br />W <br />,3: <br />Thence North 89°-28'-31" [lest along the southerly lines <br />of Sublot Nos. 12 and 13 in the said U C F Realty Corporation's <br />Elsena Acres Subdivision No. 2, 195.00 feet to a point; <br />Thence due South, 145.00 feet to the southeasterly corner <br />of land conveyed to Sudney M. and Harold B. Sch[oartz by deed <br />recorded in Volume 8614, Page 44 at the Cuyahoga County Records; <br />
