_~ ^. <br />r -.- <br />Ordinance No. 71- 3~ <br />Thence North 89°-28'-20" West parallel to the idilson <br />Pfills Road, 190.00 feet to a point on the easterly right- <br />of-cvay line of S.O.M. Center Road (80 feet wide); <br />Thence due North along the said easterly right-of-caay <br />line of S.O.M. Center Road, 344.42 feet to a point; <br />Thence South 89°-2$'-31" East along the southerly <br />right-of-way line of Sandalwood Drive (50 feet wide), <br />359.54 feet to an angle point; <br />Thence continuing along the said right-of-way line of <br />Sandal~rood Drive, following an arc of curve, deflecting to <br />the left, having a radius of 652.51 feet, a chord of 17.24 . <br />feet which bears North 89°-46'-04" East, 17.24 feet to the <br />place of beginning, containing 103,732 sq. ft. (or 2.38 acres) <br />of land, be the same, more or less, but subject to all legal <br />highways. <br />z. <br />Provided, however, that said premises shall continue in a Class H-1 <br />Height District, so that no building shall be erected thereon in excess of <br />2-1/2 stories in height nor shall any such building exceed 35 feet in height. <br />Provided, further, that the requirement of Section 15 of Ordinance <br />Dlo. 159, as amended by Section 8 of Ordinance No. 780, to the effect that a <br />minimum area for an apartment house development shall be 4-1/2 acres, is hereby <br />waived. <br />Section 2. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized to revise the <br />official district and zoning map so that the same will incorporate the terms <br />and provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3.
